Allie Dombkowski, Church Choir

Allie Dombkowski, an alto from Clarksville, TN, joined the Saint James Episcopal Church choir in January 2025. A senior at Charleston Southern University pursuing Music Education with a choral focus, Allie brings extensive musical experience to our ensemble.

As a member of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra Chorus, she has performed internationally, including in Schladming, Austria. Allie particularly enjoys Baroque music, appreciating the freedom of ornamentation and intricate runs. She recently performed a solo in "O Thou That Tellest Good Tidings to Zion" and names Dan Forrest's "Hallelu Yah: Three Psalms of Praise, III" as her favorite choral piece.

Beyond singing, Allie serves as State Advocacy Chair for the South Carolina Music Education Association, monitoring federal policies affecting music education. She also works as an immunizing pharmacy technician, combining her passion for music with service to the community.
