Ansley Hollingsworth, Church Choir
Ansley Hollingsworth brings extensive vocal experience to the Saint James Episcopal Church choir. Originally from Roswell, GA, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from Clemson University and studied voice for 14 years. Currently, she shares her musical knowledge teaching voice and music classes at Bach to Rock.
Though new to Saint James, Ansley was drawn to the choir by her desire to collaborate with fellow music lovers and embrace new learning opportunities. She particularly enjoys performing Christmas carols, with "Silent Night" being a favorite piece. Her love for classical music shines through in her appreciation of Gounod's "Ah! Je veux vivre" from Roméo et Juliette, which she has performed with orchestra.
When not making music or bringing joy to Sunday services, Ansley enjoys coffee, hiking, baking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her dog.
