This special church event combines delicious food, outdoor fellowship, and spiritual connection in one of Charleston's most beautiful parks.
Church Picnic Details - Mark Your Calendar!
Our parish picnic will be held on Saturday, May 4th at the Wappoo Shelter in James Island County Park. The day will begin with a special church service at 11:00 am, which will include Holy Communion. After nourishing our souls, we'll gather for a feast that nourishes our bodies as well!
A Potluck Fellowship That Welcomes All
One of the best things about our church fellowship events is the simple joy of sharing a meal together. This picnic is open to everyone – members, newcomers, and guests alike. No need to RSVP, just come as you are and bring your appetite!
The church will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, and buns, but we encourage attendees to bring their favorite picnic foods to share. Bring your favorite refreshing salads, savory sides, or yummy desserts - these shared dishes create the heart of our picnic! Not sure what to contribute? What to Bring to The Church Picnic
To enjoy our day at the park, don't forget to bring:
