Kate Eggleton brings her dedication and vision to Saint James Episcopal Church as a member of the Christian Education Vestry Board. Committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive community, Kate’s goal is to cultivate a welcoming environment where every individual feels a sense of belonging.

Under her leadership in Christian education and Sunday school, Kate focuses on enriching the faith journey of our congregation's children and adults alike, ensuring that learning about faith is both engaging and accessible to all ages.

Kate and her husband, Chip, have lived on James Island for over eight years, cherishing the close-knit community and the proximity to their beloved church. Their connection to the area enhances Kate's commitment to making the church a central, welcoming space for neighbors and newcomers.

Outside of her church responsibilities, Kate enjoys boating, gardening, and entertaining friends and family. At Saint James, Kate Eggleton is a beacon of warmth and inclusivity, driving forward the mission to create a vibrant Christian community that welcomes everyone.
